Hiya, thanks so much. The sherbert is a recipe from Dana Cree's book 'Hello, My name is ice cream'. It's such a great book with so many recipes, I really recommend buying it, if you're an ice cream nerd like me!

Hi Faye, yes absolutely you can use pecans. Just substitute them for the hazelnuts in this recipe. Let me know how you get on!
